OVBA Solicits Nominations for 2013 Board of Directors Election
The Ogden Valley Business Association is currently accepting nominations for three Board of Director positions available starting in January of 2013. The nominee must be a General Member of the OVBA. Directors have the opportunity to support the organization and help direct its future course, thereby benefitting Ogden Valley businesses and the community. Board members are asked to meet once a month, attend the monthly general meetings, and support the association’s activities. members to the next OVBA meeting on Thursday, August 16th at noon at
the Ogden Valley Branch of the Weber County Library in Huntsville. The cost is $5 for OVBA members and $10 for

King with the WSU Small Business Development Center will discuss funding
options for the small business. The
presentation will focus on SBA guaranteed and Utah Microenterprise loans with a
brief discussion of the Grow America Springboard competition and the new
crowdfunding opportunities.
